GRCC DATA CENTER RENOVATION:  Noise Level – 1  

-  The "front face" of the project is complete and furniture is being moved into the space.  This will continue next week. 

-  We have approval for Temporary Occupancy.  We will schedule an inspection for Final Occupancy after all Liebert and UPS are installed.

-  Install tile floor in Kitchen.

GRCC DATA CENTER RENOVATION:  Noise Level – 1  

-  Electrical finishing up with new light fixtures exit lighting and inspections.

-  Mechanical installing new VAV’S and retrofitting existing the VAV’S. 

-  Ceiling work tile is cut in waiting to put full tile in until above ceiling inspection is complete.

-  Flooring starting Monday hopefully wrapping up by Thursday. 

-  Painting we are about half done hopefully to finish up by Thursday. 

-  We have an above ceiling inspection Tuesday between 10 and 12. With the building inspector. Working towards our temporary occupancy.

GRCC DATA CENTER RENOVATION:  Noise Level – 1 

• Install fixtures toward end of week (Thursday/Friday).

• Work on mounting main disconnect in transformer vault.

• Temp feed boiler Checks (remove from panel lpd, will check with GRCC's Team).

• Schedule shutdowns for mdp, lpa, lpd, p-1 panels.

• The M-TEC staff and faculty have revised their schedule to install new flooring at the Tassell MTEC (attached) as they are apprehensive about the academic workload that takes place at the end of the semester.

• For the most part the grid reworking is complete. There were a couple areas our guy said he couldn't match the alteration plan exactly because of various reasons (HVAC equipment in the way of hangers etc.) We will  propose some optimum solution.

• Office 5: Can the lights be moved one tile towards the door?

• Office 7: Same as above

• Hallway outside of Women's Restroom: Can the light be moved one tile in either direction? Doesn't matter which.

• Let me know if any of these will work. If office 5/7 new layout doesn't work, we can make your layout work, but he would pretty much have to take the whole grid down in that room and start over.

• Flooring and painting work will continue as schedule permits for trade to work in the same areas.

• Monday finish any piping and ductwork rough-in that may be remaining.

• Tuesday plan to begin cutting out the old reheat valves and preparing for the new reheat valves. Anticipated receiving the new valves by Thursday and completing installation by the end of the day Friday.

• Above ceiling work on lighting devices office area.

• Branch wire for lighting.

• Server room above ceiling/fire alarm.

• Fire alarm cabling.

• Electric room new switchgear layout/piping.

• End of week light fixtures?????

• Hope to have dates for ups/switchgear for shutdowns soon.
